Emissions Strategy& Carbon Market Advisory

What we cover

Reductions first, residuals last.

We measure, structure and reduce your emissions first. For what remains, we source.

01 · Measure

GHG Inventory & MRV

A Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory you can repeat every year and defend in front of any auditor, regulator or investor.

  • Inventory architecture
  • Supplier data
  • Emission factors
  • Audit-ready files

02 · Structure

Targets, Pathways, Governance

Interim and long-term targets, sector pathways, internal carbon pricing and clear ownership to deliver them.

  • SBTi
  • CDP
  • CSRD
  • ISSB
  • CORSIA

03 · Reduce

From Plan To Decarbonisation

The reduction levers, from operational efficiency and renewable power to supplier engagement and Scope 3 insetting.

  • PPAs
  • Supplier engagement
  • Insetting
  • Carbon market strategy

Environmental Asset Sourcing

Environmental assets fromprojects you can understand.

Carbon credits work best inside a transparent transition plan, not in place of one. For the residual emissions your plan leaves, we source carbon credits and environmental attributes around your claim and delivery timeline, from more than 700 projects and the ones we develop ourselves.

Because we build projects too, we read every project the way we would build our own.

Six-point assessment

Registry eligibility is wherediligence starts, not where it ends.

Every project we consider goes through the same six-point assessment, built on its documentation, monitoring and VVB reports, ratings, developer track record and any public scrutiny. A project that fails one does not reach your portfolio.

  1. 01AdditionalityWould activity and scale occur without carbon finance?
  2. 02BaselineIs the counterfactual credible, conservative and supported by primary evidence?
  3. 03MRVCan activity data, calculations and controls withstand independent verification?
  4. 04DurabilityHow long is carbon stored, and what is the reversal or non-delivery risk?
  5. 05SafeguardsWhat environmental, social and stakeholder risks apply?
  6. 06Reputational and dispute reviewAre there material disputes, controversies or adverse coverage?

Our process

From your mandateto your claim.

The assessment tells us whether a project is sound. It rarely tells us that one project meets every objective, so we build portfolios across issued supply, forward delivery and a growing share of durable removals, balanced for delivery, durability and price. From your mandate to your claim, that runs in four steps.

  1. 01Define the mandate

What you're compensating, the claim you're making, removals or reductions, and when you need delivery.

  2. 02Assess the options

We shortlist projects and run each through the six-point assessment above.

  3. 03Source and structure

We contract issued and forward supply around volume, timing and price.

  4. 04Evidence the claim

We align the instrument, the evidence and your public claim with your reporting framework, so your assurance team has what it needs.
